Muay Thai training in Phuket

Technique first, every class
Phuket King is a Muay Thai gym and camp in Kathu, between Patong and Phuket Town. Every weekday has one technical focus, and the morning, afternoon and evening classes all work on it, so you repeat it until it sticks.
- Monday: kicking
- Tuesday: punching

Each class has a warm up, technique with a coach, pad rounds, bag work and conditioning. Clinch and fighter technique runs Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday at 17:45, and fighters' fitness and running Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 15:30.

- Monday to Friday: 8:00 to 9:30, 16:30 to 18:00 and 18:30 to 20:00
- Saturday: 8:00 to 9:30 and 16:30 to 18:00
- Yoga: Monday, Wednesday and Friday 9:45 to 10:45
- Sunday: private lessons only

Do I need to book a group class?
No. Turn up ten minutes before the class and check in at the desk. Privates are booked in advance.
I have never trained. Can I join?
