Muay Thai for beginners in Phuket
Never trained before? Perfect. Our coaches start you with the basics and build from there, at your pace.
What happens on day one
Come ten minutes early and check in at the desk. Wear shorts and a t shirt. Bring gloves if you have them, or ask at the desk.
You will warm up, learn the stance and guard, then the basic punches and kicks. A coach will hold pads for you and correct the small things that make the biggest difference.
