Choosing your camp length
There is no wrong length. Most guests come for one or two weeks and many extend once they arrive.
1 week
Enough to learn the basics properly: stance, guard, punches, kicks and the teep. Train once or twice a day and recover in between.
2 weeks
The most popular stay. Your body adapts, the combinations start to flow and the coaches can really work on your details.
1 month
Real progress. Add privates, try light technical sparring if you want, and finish fitter than you have been in years.
3 months or more
For people who want to live the life. Long stays are possible on the 5 year DTV visa, and we help with the paperwork.
What to bring to a Muay Thai camp

Any time. November to April is drier and busier. April to October is greener, quieter and our rooms cost less, with short tropical showers that rarely stop training.

For stays up to your visa free or tourist days, no. For months of training, the 5 year DTV visa is made for long stays, and Muay Thai is an accepted reason. See our DTV page.
