Terms and Conditions
1.Gym Training
All Muay Thai training courses are non-refundable.
Participation in training is at your own risk. You acknowledge that Muay Thai is a physically demanding sport with inherent risks.
By joining our training, you waive any claims against Phuket King Muay Thai, its trainers, and staff for any injury, loss, or damage incurred.
We are eligible to offer DTV visas; however, issuance is at the discretion of the country’s embassy, and we hold no responsibility for approval or rejection.
2. Accommodation
Full payment is required at the time of booking.
Refund policy:
50% refundable if cancelled at least 1 month before the booking date.
25% refundable if cancelled up to 2 weeks before the booking date.
0% refundable if cancelled within 2 weeks of the booking date.
Bookings made during peak periods (December 15th – January 5th) are 100% non-refundable.
A safety key deposit of 1000 Baht is required and will be refunded upon check-out if there are no damages or lost keys.
3. General Policies
Check-in: after 2pm | Check-out: before 11am
Guests must respect other residents and maintain reasonable noise levels.
Any damages to the room or property will be charged to the responsible guest.
Smoking is not allowed in the rooms.
Visitors are allowed in public area or in the room of the customer, however, the hidden garden and communal kitchen is out of bounds of non residence.
4. Health & Safety
All participants must ensure they are physically fit to engage in Muay Thai training.
If you have any medical conditions, injuries, or require medication, please inform us before training.
The gym is not responsible for any pre-existing medical conditions or injuries sustained during training.
5. Liability & Waiver
The gym is not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings.
Any injury sustained during training or while staying at our accommodation is the sole responsibility of the guest or participant.
6. Privacy Policy
We collect personal information only for booking and service-related purposes.
Your data will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
By using our services, you agree to our data collection and privacy terms.
7. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates our terms, engages in disruptive behaviour, or poses a safety risk.
No refunds will be issued for individuals removed due to misconduct.
8. Changes to Terms & Conditions
