Kathu sits between Patong and Phuket Town, away from the beach crowds but a short drive from the sea, local markets and great Thai food.
At Phuket King you train by the lake, recover in our ice bath and herbal sauna, eat at Pangea Cafe and sleep in a bungalow one minute from the ring. No taxis, no commute.
What you can do here
Group classes
Three classes a day, Monday to Friday, two on Saturday. Pads, bag work and technique, with clinch and sparring for those who want it.
Private lessons
One to one with a coach who has fought, to sharpen the details faster.
Recovery
Ice bath, herbal steam room, dry sauna and yoga, a few steps from the ring.
Stay and eat
Eleven lakeside bungalows at Pangea Resort and healthy, seed oil free food at Pangea Cafe.

Every trainer at Phuket King has fought, and every one has been taught how to teach. Classes follow a clear structure, so you learn more and you learn it right.
Led by Kru Max, a decorated fighter, and founder Coach Tom, with thirty years of coaching in strength, conditioning and mobility.

Do I need experience?
No. Every group class is open to all levels. Coaches start beginners with stance, guard and the jab, and build from there at your pace.
How much does a class cost?
