This policy applies to bookings made by agencies, tour operators, hotels and anyone booking for a group or an event with Phuket King Muay Thai and Pangea Resort. For example group training, private sessions for a group, room blocks, camps and events.

• 50% deposit to reserve. Your dates are reserved once we receive a deposit of 50% of the total. The deposit is non-refundable.
• Balance 2 days before. The remaining 50% must be paid no later than 2 days before the booked date. For stays, that is 2 days before the arrival date.
• Balance not received? If the balance has not been paid 2 days before the date, we may release the booking. The deposit is not refunded.
• Cancelling. If you cancel, the deposit is kept.
